(BSc,HND and OND) in any disciplines, as adequate training will be conducted for successful applicants.
For position No. 5-7
(BSc,HND,OND) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Laboratory Sciences and Food Science & Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
For Positions No. 1-4
* Liaise with management to develop specific recruiting plans
* Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR. policies and procedures.
* Source for candidates at the executive level with the best culture fit for the company.
* Ensure consistency in the approach and delivery of Health maintenance across the business
* Deliver effective presentation on the total value of the contract portfolio and company services
* Assess, evaluate and prioritize human resources value adding opportunities to the line (all divisions).
* Ensure that the business is adequately resourced with the right people, in the right place and at the right time
* Responsible for managing and developing a personnel filing system and performing general ad-hoc duties according to company procedures.
* Continually seek market intelligence for new leads and clients requirements, champion the identification and deployment of talent in the line.
* Ensure the team works with the culture and engagement officer to source information from employees on impact of change initiatives and provide customized solutions.
* Lead the team of the Business Partners to adeptly advice and counsel managers on quality health maintenance, talent management, performance concerns and conflict resolution.
For position No. 5-7
* Facilitate Health and Fitness Seminars for various groups of clients.
* Continually seek market intelligence for new leads and clients requirements
* Ensure consistency in the approach and delivery of Health Maintenan
